Who We Support
Who We Support
We work with London's most vulnerable adults — people who need more than a roof over their head. Our specialist accommodation and 24/7 staffing means we can support individuals that many providers are unable to place.
Homeless & Rough Sleepers
A safe, stable base for people in housing crisis
We provide immediate and medium-term supported housing for individuals experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping, or acute housing crisis — including those with complex needs and multiple exclusions who have been turned away elsewhere.
About this group
Homelessness is rarely just a housing problem. Many of the people we support are dealing with mental health conditions, substance misuse, debt, broken family relationships, and a history of trauma. Our support workers take a whole-person approach — helping residents stabilise, address underlying issues, and build the foundations for a more settled life.
We accept urgent referrals and aim to have a placement ready within 24 hours for individuals in immediate need. All our properties are staffed around the clock, so residents are never left without support.

- Currently homeless, rough sleeping, or at imminent risk of homelessness
- Based in or referred from a London borough
- May have co-occurring mental health or substance misuse needs

Ex-Offenders (Post-Prison)
Structured resettlement support from day of release
We provide structured supported housing for individuals leaving prison — including those on licence — working in close partnership with probation services to ensure compliance, stability, and a clear pathway toward reintegration.
About this group
Without stable accommodation on release, the risk of reoffending rises sharply. We provide a structured, supportive environment where individuals can begin to rebuild their lives — with regular key-working, links to employment and training, and practical help navigating the systems that can feel overwhelming after a period in custody.
We work closely with probation officers and resettlement teams to ensure licence conditions are understood and met. Our staff are experienced in working with individuals who have complex histories and understand the specific challenges of post-prison resettlement.
Eligibility criteria
- Adults leaving prison or recently released
- On licence or post-sentence
- Based in or referred to a London borough
- May have co-occurring mental health or substance misuse needs
- Accommodation available from day of release
We accept referrals from
- Probation services and offender managers
- Prison resettlement and through-the-gate teams
- NACRO and community rehabilitation organisations
- Approved Premises (where step-down is appropriate)
- Local authority housing teams
Expected outcomes
- Stable accommodation from day of release
- Probation licence compliance maintained
- Engagement with employment, training, and education
- Reduced risk of reoffending through structured support
- Move-on to independent living
Mental Health Hospital Discharges
Specialist step-down care for people leaving inpatient mental health settings
We specialise in supporting individuals discharged from mental health inpatient wards — including those with psychosis, serious and enduring mental illness, or high-needs presentations who want to live in the community with the right support around them.
About this group
Many people leaving mental health inpatient settings are not ready for independent living, but no longer need hospital-level care. They need somewhere safe, consistent, and properly staffed — with people around them who understand their condition and can support them to manage it day to day.
We support residents with a wide range of serious mental health conditions, including psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. Many are on prescribed medication and need prompting or support to take it consistently. Our staff are trained in mental health awareness, medication prompting, and de-escalation techniques.
For individuals with high-needs presentations — including those detained under the Mental Health Act, with a history of crisis admissions, or who require intensive daily support — we offer enhanced placements with higher staffing ratios, structured daily routines, and close liaison with community mental health teams (CMHTs), care coordinators, and GPs.
We also support individuals who are not currently inpatient but are known to CMHT and need a higher level of housing support than standard supported accommodation can provide. If your client wants to live in a house with support around them, we can help.
Eligibility criteria
- Adults discharged or being discharged from a mental health inpatient ward
- Section 17 leave or Community Treatment Order (CTO) placements considered
- Individuals with psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or personality disorder
- Residents on prescribed medication requiring prompting or support
- High-needs presentations including history of crisis admissions
- Individuals known to CMHT with high support needs (not currently inpatient)
- Based in or referred from a London borough
We accept referrals from
- NHS mental health inpatient discharge teams
- Community mental health teams (CMHTs)
- Care coordinators and care programme approach (CPA) leads
- Local authority mental health social workers
- Crisis resolution and home treatment teams (CRHT)
- GP surgeries and primary care mental health teams
Expected outcomes
- Safe, stable step-down from inpatient care
- Consistent medication management and prompting
- Reduced crisis admissions and A&E presentations
- Maintained engagement with CMHT and care coordinator
- Structured daily routine supporting recovery
- Pathway toward greater independence over time
Special Needs & High Support
Person-centred specialist accommodation for adults with complex needs
We provide specialist supported accommodation for adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, acquired brain injury, and complex physical and mental health needs — including individuals who have historically been difficult to place due to the complexity of their presentation.
About this group
Adults with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs deserve accommodation that is genuinely designed around them — not a generic placement that expects them to fit in. Our staff are trained in person-centred approaches, positive behaviour support, and working with individuals who may have challenging behaviour or high support requirements.
We work closely with local authority care teams, social workers, and NHS continuing care to develop individual support plans that reflect each person's needs, goals, and preferences. Where 1:1 support is required, we can provide it.
Eligibility criteria
- Adults with a learning disability, autism spectrum condition, or acquired brain injury
- Complex physical and mental health needs requiring intensive support
- Individuals with challenging behaviour or previous placement breakdowns
- Adults requiring 1:1 support or enhanced staffing ratios
- Based in or referred from a London borough
We accept referrals from
- Local authority learning disability and adult social care teams
- Social workers and care managers
- NHS continuing healthcare teams
- Specialist commissioning teams
- Hospital discharge teams (learning disability wards)
Expected outcomes
- Stable, safe placement matched to individual needs
- Person-centred support plan reviewed regularly
- Improved daily living skills and independence
- Community access and social inclusion
- Reduced reliance on crisis or inpatient services
