Our Services

Our Accommodation & Support Services

Every placement is individually assessed. We match each resident to the right level of support — from standard supported housing through to intensive high-needs care — and work with them toward stability and independence.

What We Provide

24Unity Support CIC operates staffed supported accommodation across London for adults with complex needs. All our properties are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We work closely with referring agencies to ensure every placement is appropriate, safe, and properly resourced.

Homeless & Rough Sleeper Accommodation

Immediate and medium-term supported housing for individuals experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping, housing crisis, or emergency housing need — including those who cannot be accommodated by their local authority.

Standard to medium

About this service

We provide a stable, safe base for individuals who have been sleeping rough or are in housing crisis. Our support workers help residents address the underlying issues contributing to their homelessness — including mental health, substance misuse, debt, and benefit entitlement — while working toward a sustainable long-term housing solution.

We also accommodate individuals who are on emergency housing and those who cannot be placed by their local authority in mainstream provision. In these cases, we offer shared supported housing as a safe, staffed alternative while longer-term options are secured.

For local authorities requiring short-term emergency solutions, we work in partnership to provide overnight and short-stay property rental for emergency purposes. This allows councils to meet urgent housing duties quickly, with the assurance of 24/7 staffed support on site.

Eligibility & Referral Sources

Adults 18+ who are homeless, at risk of rough sleeping, in housing crisis, on emergency housing, or unable to be accommodated by their local authority. Local authorities seeking short-term emergency overnight placements are also welcome to refer. Referrals accepted from local authority housing teams, outreach services, and third-sector housing charities.

What we offer

  • Immediate placement for urgent and emergency referrals
  • 24/7 on-site support staff
  • Shared housing for those unable to be accommodated by the local authority
  • Overnight and short-stay emergency property rental for local authorities
  • Benefits and housing benefit support
  • Signposting to substance misuse and mental health services
  • Move-on planning toward independent or social housing

Specialist supported housing for adults discharged from psychiatric inpatient settings, including those with psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and complex medication needs.

About this service

We provide a safe, structured environment for individuals transitioning from inpatient mental health settings back into the community. Our staff are trained to support residents with serious and enduring mental illness, working alongside community mental health teams to maintain stability and prevent readmission.

We support individuals detained under the Mental Health Act, those on Section 17 leave, and those subject to Community Treatment Orders (CTOs). We liaise closely with CMHT professionals, care coordinators, and responsible clinicians to ensure each placement is safe and therapeutically appropriate.
