Who We Support
We provide specialist accommodation and support for adults with complex needs across four key client groups. Our staff are trained to work with individuals who require more than standard housing support.
Homeless & Rough Sleepers
Immediate and medium-term supported housing for individuals experiencing homelessness or rough sleeping, including those with complex needs and multiple exclusions.
Referrals accepted from local authorities, outreach teams, and housing charities.
Ex-Offenders (Post-Prison)
Structured supported accommodation for individuals leaving prison, with move-on planning, licence compliance support, and links to probation and employment services.
Referrals accepted from probation services, prison resettlement teams, and NACRO.
Mental Health Hospital Discharges
Step-down accommodation for individuals discharged from mental health inpatient settings — including those with psychosis, on medication, or with high-needs presentations — who are not yet ready for independent living but no longer require hospital-level care.
Referrals accepted from NHS discharge teams, community mental health teams, and local authorities.
Special Needs & High Support
Specialist high-needs accommodation for adults with learning disabilities, autism, or complex physical and mental health needs requiring intensive daily support.
Referrals accepted from local authority care teams, social workers, and NHS continuing care.

24/7 Staffed Supported Housing
Our properties are staffed around the clock. Residents have access to trained support workers at all hours, ensuring safety, consistency, and immediate response to crisis or need.

High-Needs Accommodation
For individuals with the most complex needs — including dual diagnosis, challenging behaviour, or intensive care requirements — we provide specialist placements with enhanced staffing ratios.

Step-Down from Hospital & Move-On Planning
We work closely with NHS discharge teams and local authority care managers to provide structured step-down placements. Every resident has a personalised support plan with clear milestones toward independent living.
