About us
About 24Unity Support CIC
We are a Community Interest Company built on a single belief: that every vulnerable adult deserves safe, stable accommodation with the right support around them — regardless of how complex their needs are.
Our mission
To provide specialist supported accommodation across London that gives vulnerable adults the stability, safety, and consistent support they need to rebuild their lives — and to do it in a way that is genuinely person-centred, professionally staffed, and accountable to the communities we serve.
Always available
Our properties are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Vulnerability does not keep office hours, and neither do we.
Genuinely specialist
We work with client groups that many providers find difficult to place — people with serious mental illness, complex histories, and high support needs.
Accountable to the community
As a Community Interest Company, our surplus is reinvested into our services and the communities we work in. We are not driven by profit.
Responsive to referrers
We respond to all referral enquiries within 24 hours and aim to have placements ready as quickly as possible — including same-day for urgent cases.
What is a Community Interest Company?
A Community Interest Company (CIC) is a special type of limited company designed for organisations that want to use their profits and assets for the public good. Unlike a standard private company, a CIC is legally required to demonstrate that its activities benefit the community.
24Unity Support CIC was established as a CIC because we believe that supported accommodation for vulnerable adults should be driven by outcomes, not shareholder returns. Our community interest statement commits us to providing high-quality, accessible supported housing for vulnerable adults in London.
CICs are regulated by the CIC Regulator and must submit an annual community interest report demonstrating the social value they have delivered. This structure gives our commissioners, referrers, and residents confidence that our organisation is genuinely accountable.
Our community interest statement
“24Unity Support CIC exists to provide safe, stable, and specialist supported accommodation for vulnerable adults in London — including those experiencing homelessness, leaving prison, being discharged from mental health inpatient settings, and adults with learning disabilities or complex needs. Our activities are carried out for the benefit of the community, and any surplus generated is reinvested into improving and expanding our services.”
Our values
Dignity
Every person we support is treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their history or the complexity of their needs.
Consistency
Vulnerable people need reliable, predictable support. We show up — every day, every shift, every crisis.
Honesty
We are transparent with residents, referrers, and commissioners about what we can and cannot do. We do not overpromise.
Inclusion
We work with people that others find difficult to place. We do not cherry-pick easy cases.
Accountability
As a CIC, we are accountable to the communities we serve. We measure outcomes, not just occupancy.
Collaboration
We work closely with local authorities, NHS teams, probation services, and third-sector partners to deliver joined-up support.
